Harvested olives from our own Estate of 200 Hectares, milled & bottled in our Sigri Olive Mill meeting the highest Production & Quality standards, lead to this exceptional product. Mono cultivar or blends, Ol-eve Extra Virgin Olive Oils come in dark glass bottles, tin cans of various sizes and offer unique sensory characteristics, depending on the olive variety.
Our family cultivates 40.000 olive trees, from 12 International varieties, including Adramitiani (native), Kolovi (native), Koroneiki, Kalamon, Leccino, Aricobi and more. And we continue planting! Where there once was a deserted area, there is now an oasis of olive trees, pomegranates, figs, pines, palms, cypresses, tamarisk, pistachio, carob, jojoba and numerous others. Our island estate became a habitat of thousands of birds and animals, sea gulls, grease, sparrows, swallows, red hats, rabbits, cardinals, owls, hawks, falcons, crickets, squirrels, foxes, weasels, cormorants and many more.
