Olea Magica extra virgin olive oil contains 3 olive varieties in the following proportions: Buža 40%, Istrian Bjelica 40% and Rosignola 20%. The oil is of high quality, obtained directly from the olive fruit using exclusively mechanical methods.

Our family farm is located in the Republic of Croatia, in the Istria region, near the town of Rovinj. It was founded in 2008,
it extends over 2 hectares, where we cultivate and process 550 olive trees.
The olive varieties represented are: buža, istarska bjelica, rošinjola, leccino, pendolino and ascolana tenera. The first plantation was planted in 2005, while the last one was planted in 2014. We store the oil in stainless steel containers under the pressure of inert gas – argon at a controlled temperature, and we do all this to preserve the excellence and quality of extra virgin olive oil from the end of processing to the beginning of a new cycle in which all the olive oil is used up. The oil is filled into glass bottles of various sizes and is also stored at a controlled temperature. Through our efforts and work, we create a quality product, which has been recognized by the profession, which has awarded us numerous awards through participation in domestic and international extra virgin olive oil festivals.
The quality of great extra virgin olive oils is a subtle connection between organoleptic properties (taste and aroma), nutritional quality and health benefits.
Simply put, only quality olive oils are good for health, and ours, which are excellent, can be considered the essence of that. Olives nurtured throughout the entire growing season, harvested at the right time, immediately processed exclusively by mechanical pressing and cold process in renowned oil mills, certainly guarantee the final product in the form of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our OLEA MAGICA oil proudly bears the ZOI “ISTRIA” designation of origin, which has been entered into the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications of the European Union.
By preserving tradition and improving production, we have brought Istrian oil to the European and world gastronomic map with added value, and the long journey to the designation will pay off through recognition of quality, effort and work.
