Oleosophia Early Harvest Manaki is a monovarietal Manaki, early harvested from 100% green, handpicked Manaki olives, milled within 12 hours of harvest. This is a limited-edition product available in black and gold, featuring glass bottles in 500ml and 250ml sizes. It has a rich fruity aroma with a well-balanced bitter and pungent (peppery) notes, with a predominance of green fruitiness – a sensory profile that makes it very well received among our consumers and Oleosophers.

Founded as the result of a love story, Marianna and George share their award winning olive oil with Oleosophers through tastings and tours. The family cultivates the local Manaki variety and the Manaki/Megaritiki field blend – both known for their high quality, intense fruitiness and medium intensity bitterness and pungency. You will find them at the field, under tan olive tree or at a tasting session!
