Oleosophia is a small family olive grove in the Corinthian countryside where olive oil is crafted with care, knowledge, and deep respect for tradition. Working with local Greek varieties such as Manaki and Megaritiki, we produce limited-harvest extra virgin olive oils that express the character of our land.
Led by an award-winning producer and certified olive oil sommelier, Oleosophia blends artisanal production with heartfelt hospitality. In our grove, visitors are invited to taste, learn, and connect — discovering olive oil not only as a product, but as a living tradition shaped by people, place, and generations of care.
