Oleosophia November Harvest is Oleosophia’s playful, premium EVOO of two local varieties, grown together in our family land: Manaki and Megaritiki. These two varieties grow together, as the Megaritiki variety helps with the pollination of Manaki. As a result, we harvest and receive a natural combination selected by nature itself. This extra-virgin olive oil is produced in November (early to mid) from olives that are turning colour from green to yellow or purple, achieving a sweeter profile without losing the aromas and quality. The combination of Manaki/Megaritiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a rich, fruity scent with well-balanced bitter and pungent notes, predominating flavours of grass, tomato, pepper, and herbs. It is ideal for everyday use in numerous culinary applications of Greek and international cuisine.

Founded as the result of a love story, Marianna and George share their award winning olive oil with Oleosophers through tastings and tours. The family cultivates the local Manaki variety and the Manaki/Megaritiki field blend – both known for their high quality, intense fruitiness and medium intensity bitterness and pungency. You will find them at the field, under tan olive tree or at a tasting session!
