Nestled in picturesque Dalmatia, on the island ŠOLTA in the middle of the Adriatic Sea, this artisanal oil is a testament to a rich olive oil-making tradition, rooted in a profound connection to the land. The region’s abundant sunshine and Mediterranean climate are ideal for growing olives of exceptional flavour and quality. Levantinka (Šoltanka as it is known on the Island of Šolta) is the most widespread olive grown on the island, and it is this type that gives our oil it’s unmistakable taste and aroma. Quality is the law for us, and therefore, only oil that has passed analysis is bottled. To ensure we respect the traditions and produce the best quality of oil, we only use oil produced on the island of Šolta.
Our family has been part of the region for a very long time, embracing its traditions. Our approach to the olive oil production is beyond just a business, but reflects our deep respect for the region’s history and environment
