Olivius Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in eastern Crete, in the Lasithi region, an area where olive cultivation dates back more than 4,000 years to the Minoan civilization. Our olive groves are located in the village of Zakros, within a unique natural landscape known for its rich biodiversity and long-standing agricultural traditions. Olivius is the result of four generations of olive-growing heritage. The olives are carefully harvested and pressed the same day to preserve their freshness and natural character. The oil presents an elegant aromatic profile, with herbal notes reminiscent of wild oregano and Mediterranean vegetation, balanced fruitiness, and a pleasant peppery finish.
