Originating from centuries-old traditional olive groves on the slopes of the Douro River, where the Cobrançosa and Verdeal varieties predominate. This Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, results from a careful harvest and manual selection, at different stages of maturation, extracted by mechanical processes in our mill, which allows to obtain a very balanced green fruity oil.
