On the palate, the oil delivers an intense and powerful entry, with a distinctly green character that reflects the same attributes perceived on the nose, especially the citrus notes. It shows high bitterness and pronounced pungency, both very well balanced, persistent, and powerful, accompanied by a noticeable astringent sensation.
