In 1930, in the heart of Jaén, our story began. A small olive mill and a family-run olive grove, cultivated with skilled hands and a patient soul, bore their first fruits in a land where olive oil not only nourishes, but sustains generations.
Since then, three generations of the Romero family have lived for and by the olive tree. What began as a commitment to the land became a passion for excellence. Today, we continue to care for each tree with the same respect, selecting only early-harvest olives, at their peak ripeness, to produce oils that express the best of our tradition and our landscape.
But we didn’t just inherit the land. We also inherited the responsibility to do it better. That’s why we combine nearly a century of experience with innovative, sustainable, and rigorous processes, guaranteeing an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, awarded both in Spain and abroad.
