The olive oil brand Ronkaldo is owned by the Adamič family, who operate an organic farm in Baredi near Izola, Slovenia. The farm is currently managed by Miran and Martin Adamič, representing two generations of the family. Ronkaldo olive oil is renowned for its high quality and includes extra virgin oils with a protected designation of origin. The Adamič family produces the oil organically, using various olive varieties such as Maurino, Istrska Belica, Leccino, and others.
