Soligea Premium is an extra virgin olive oil that is low in acidity and rich in nutrients and antioxidants. It is produced from the varieties Manaki and Koroneiki, which are cultivated with natural methods in the Soligeia of Corinth. Our longstanding family tradition across all production levels, along with the cold extraction method used at our olive oil mill, ensures its excellent quality.
Our journey in the world of olive oil began in 1930 when our great-grandfather Dimitris planted the first olive trees and established our family’s first olive mill. Later, our grandfather Nikos Markellos, with the invaluable support of our grandmother Eleni, expanded the olive groves and developed the family business.
The third generation, Dimitris and Panagiotis, brought technological upgrades and a new facility. In 2014, the fourth generation took the lead, and in 2019 we established our own bottling unit and launched our first branded products. And so…our journey continues.
