Sornanino is a small single-estate family olive grove in castellina in chianti, italy producing extra virgin olive oil in the famous chianti classico area. We harvest early in the season for highest quality oil and flavour, by hand. We crush our olives in the absence of oxygen at our local press in chianti, using the most modern line of machines and the cold process.
