Sveti Kancijan is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced in the sunny landscapes of Slovenian Istria by young olive grower Anej Rodica.
Crafted with passion and precision, the oil is created from a carefully balanced blend of five selected olive varieties: Leccino, Belica, Leccio del Corno, Maurino, and Buga. This combination gives Sveti Kancijan its rich, distinctive, and harmonious flavour profile.
Cold-pressed, completely natural, and free from additives, the olive oil preserves its freshness, aromas, and nutritional value. It is available in a variety of bottle sizes—from 0.10L to 0.75L—as well as larger 3L and 5L formats for culinary professionals and enthusiasts.
What began as a modest project has grown into a respected name in the olive oil world. Today, Anej Rodica cares for more than 4,800 olive trees, with his oils receiving numerous international recognitions, including the Mayor’s Olive Oil award, a ranking among the five best oils in Berlin, a listing on the Elite Olive Oils – Global EVOO Rankings, and inclusion in the prestigious Flos Olei guide among the world’s 500 best olive oils.
We produce high-quality olive oil, which is one of the dominant branches of agriculture on the small Slovenian coast. We are based in the hinterland of Slovenian Istria, in the village of Truške, which is located 300 m above sea level.
