Harvested from our youngest orchard in California, this oil offers a remarkable herbaceous aroma with hints of green olive and tomato leaf. Our robust-intensity Hojiblanca oil features a distinctive buttery texture from the first sip, evolving into a delicate, peppery flavor with subtle notes of fresh cut grass, green tea, and black pepper. The medium robust intensity is complemented by a slight bitter taste of unripe fruits, creating a perfect balance with a pungency balance and hints of green almonds and green bananas. Crafted from early-harvested Hojiblanca olives, this extra virgin olive oil typically boasts higher polyphenols (dependent on the year) and an intense fruity intensity. It pairs beautifully with balsamic vinegars and enhances a variety of dishes, making it one of the best olive oils available.

Our family’s heritage is from the amazing island of Sicily, from which our great-grandparents and grandparents immigrated to Texas in the early 1900s.
