The O Collection
EYZA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first product of The O Collection portfolio. Drawing from the ancient oil pressing techniques of our ancestors, EYZA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is procured from the Memecik trees blossoming in the Cezairli Olive Groves of Milas, Turkey.
The olives are harvested by hand with the utmost care and attention, free of pesticides, and pressed within a few hours of picking to ensure a high polyphenol rate of 530. This careful process ensures that the oil is of the highest quality and preserves its organoleptic properties, giving it a beautiful colour that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.
The O Collection takes pride in its craftsmanship and design, targeting the premium segment. The bottle and label has been crafted with meticulous attention to detail, evoking a sense of luxury, quality, and distinction.
About Producer
The O Collection was founded by Cana and Mey, two daughters of Turkish parents born and raised in Germany.
Olives and olive oil have always played a nostalgic role in their Mediterranean heritage, from grandma’s famous olive salad to aunty’s olive-oil based hair mask.
At 450 m altitude, beneath the Mediterranean sun, in the Aegean region of Milas their family has been producing high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the flavour-rich Memecik olives. With the desire to share their love for the olive tree and diversity of its uses with food-lovers and health-enthusiasts all over the world, the idea of “The O Collection” was born.
