Initially the company as APOSTOLOS J. DOUZENIS & CO was founded in 1987 by Apostolos J. Douzenis and is the continuation of a family business dating back to 1933, in the field of olive oil production, by the grandfather of the current General Manager Ioannis Douzenis. Today, DOUZENIS OLIVE OILS S.A. is a modern unit of processing and bottling extra virgin olive oil, which with its renewed range of products supplies Greece and abroad. The company is headquartered in Astros, Arcadia, in the South-Eastern region of the Peloponnese, one of the main and largest olive oil production areas in Greece.
