Tremila Olive Monocultivar Borgiona is a premium monovarietal extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from the Borgiona olive variety. Carefully crafted to preserve the purity and distinctive character of the cultivar, it offers a refined sensory profile with elegant fruitiness, balanced bitterness, and harmonious spicy notes.
The Castello di Monte Vibiano stands in the centre of the Fasola Bologna estate, 282 hectares on the Hills of Perugia, a magical place located on land rich in sedimentary rocks and gypsum.
Located a short distance from Perugia, the 1st century B.C. Castello di Monte Vibiano jealously guards the estate’s Lorenzo vineyard from its high perch, which dates to 217 B.C. and features a precious collection of 55 hectares of olive groves with centuries-old trees, some with a millennial past. It is the unconditional love for this territory and a profound respect for the environment that have led the family to make radical choices to preserve more than 700 pristine hectares, with the desire to hand them down unblemished to future generations.
