Vetta organic evoo comes from a small place called Vrh, located in central Istria, the best olive growing region in the world. VETTA is the old name for Vrh and it means „the top“, this is where the Fabijančić family planted their first olives and where our story and love began.The name also reflect the pursuit for top quality and the desire to always be at the top of the production of the heighest quality olive oil. The specific location with marly terraces, protected from the wind, with excellent insolation, is what gives our olive oil the best quality. The Fabijančić family mostly nurtures olives by hand with special care.
