Our farm began 20 years ago in the picturesque Istrian landscape a region renowned for its olive-growing tradition. From a small family endeavor,we’ve grown into a big farm with over 3,000 olive trees.Using sustainable practices,we handpick the finest olives each autumn and press them within hours to produce premium extra virgin olive oil. Each bottle reflects Istria’s sun and tradition.Today, we share this heritage through guided tours and tastings, connecting visitors to Istrian olive culture.
