The Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Villa Ambretta is a highly aromatic oil, with fresh hints of tomato leaves and green olives. Behind the decisive bitterness hides a strong taste of artichokes and chards. The final spicy notes are pleasant and longer lasting. It is a typical Tuscan olive oil with a strong character and perfectly equilibrated.

Our olive trees, some of them over a hundred years old, are cultivated following the Tuscan tradition. They grow on hills with naturally mineral-rich soil; this contributes to giving our olive oil a deep, balanced, and authentic flavour.
After a manual harvest, we cold press our olives at the end of every day. We do so at the cooperative oil press Aldobrandeschi of Campagnatico, of which we are one of the administrators. After each press, our sommelier checks the quality of the oil, which is then filtered and stored at 18 degrees in steel tanks specially designed to prevent any oxidation. Bottling is done manually and on demand, in order to guarantee the greatest olive oil freshness. We export our oil in all countries of the European Union.
