Four years ago, we came together around an olive tree in Gökçeovacık village, Fethiye, as three people devoted to nature and natural life. A businessman, a doctor and a master in olive cultivation, each of us combined our knowledge and experience to produce our olive oil in its most natural and purest form. These olives, found in Turkey’s South Aegean region, have given us this unique tasting olive oil.
