Single-origin extra virgin olive oil from Evangelismos, Kalamata, Greece, produced exclusively from Koroneiki olives. Harvested early in November 2025, hand-picked by our family and cold-extracted immediately to preserve freshness, aroma, and natural polyphenols. Despite a challenging harvest year, the oil maintains low acidity and a rich polyphenol content. It is smooth and well-balanced, with a gentle peppery finish and vibrant freshness.
Yapapi produces premium extra virgin olive oil in Evangelismos, Kalamata. Handpicked olives are carefully milled. The result is EVOO with low acidity (0.361) and rich in polyphenols (412 mg/kg) for the 2025 harvest. This is a limited production of pure quality sold directly to consumers.
