Anafortis Olive Oil
Olive fruits, which are harvested by hand from the olive trees of the historical Gallipoli peninsula, between the Saros Gulf and the Dardanelles, which are open to strong winds blowing from the north, and when they are still green, are transformed into olive oil at 22 degrees at most by only being physically processed on the same day; It is transferred to stainless steel tanks in the air-conditioned environment and kept without contact with air and light, then filtered and filled into dark glass bottles with special caps, making it ready for consumption.
